General Manager, Experian Global Delivery Centre
Eddy Wong is General Manager for Experian Global Delivery Centre where he is responsible for Strategic Planning, Leading, Directing, Governance and oversight of the day-to-day operational management activities in the GDC.
Responsible for driving the GDC Operational Excellence Program through the EmPower Lean Six Sigma Framework implementation where he successfully led Experian Malaysia in achieving the status of being “The Best Company to Work For” in Asia, Eddy has more than 21 years of experience in a number of industries over a variety of roles. Prior to his current role, he was the General Manager for Global Finance Operations with Worley Parsons Business Services Centre in Kuala Lumpur.
