Join our client, who's a leading local producer of disposable medical consummables, supplying to both the private and public hospital channels. They are seeking for a Senior Sales Manager to join their growing team, driving sales growth and strategic new market penetration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive regional sales growth by shaping and executing strategic business development plans aligned with the company's long‑term objectives.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and regulatory shifts to identify opportunities and guide commercial decisions.
- Lead, coach, and upskill the business development team to ensure strong performance, effective execution, and adherence to internal processes.
- Build strong customer relationships, explore new channels, and champion creative approaches to expand market presence and product adoption.
- Monitor sales progress, P&L performance, and pricing strategies, providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
- Stay closely connected to industry developments, offering feedback that supports product direction, R&D priorities, and ongoing commercial competitiveness.
Job Requirements:
- Comes with at least 7 - 10 years of experience in sales / business development within the medical consummables industry, with experience handling surgical gloves / tools an added advantage.
- Holds a Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.
- Proven sales track record with experience leading a small team.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and customer management skills.
- Experienced in sales planning, forecasting, and account planning.
