About Our Client

Our client is a leading manufacturer of medical consummables across the market, seeking for a HRBP to join their team to support their Corporate Functions, including support to the Sales, Marketing, and Finance departments.

Key Responsibilities

    • Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with evolving business objectives.
    • Serve as a strategic HR advisor, offering proactive guidance on organisational and talent matters.
    • Lead workforce planning and talent reviews, identifying future capability needs and succession pipelines.
    • Support organisational changes such as role design, team restructuring, and functional optimisation.
    • Coach managers on performance management, hiring decisions, and addressing behavioural or performance concerns. Partner closely with the sales team to design sales incentive plans.
    • Champion HR initiatives, policy adherence, and employee engagement to strengthen culture and leadership effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or similar.
  • Comes with at least 6 - 8 years of HR Business Partnering experience or in relevant capacity, with prior experience supporting the Sales department an added advantage.
  • Proven senior stakeholder management and communication skills, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin would be advantageous).
  • Possess own transport and comfortable with travel between offices.
