Regional Digital and Performance Manager

Job description

Our client is a global technology manufacturer with over 30 years of presence across Southeast Asia. Specializing in industrial automation, printing, visual communications and sensing technology. Due to growing demands, they are looking for an experience Digital Marketing candidate who is well versed in campaign planning, performance marketing and lead generation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Digital Marketing & Performance team.
  • Plan and execute demand-generation programs supporting key industries and product segments.
  • Manage marketing automation workflows (e.g., nurturing journeys, scoring) to support sales pipeline growth.
  • Track campaign KPIs and implement continuous improvement based on analytics.
  • Monitor digital performance dashboards and provide monthly insights to management.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify digital trends relevant to manufacturing markets.
  • Supervise and monitor ROI measurements for all digital activities.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, IT or a related field.
  • 5 - 8 years experience in demand-generation, marketing automation and performance marketing.
  • Experience in managing a team of at least 3 -5.
  • Technical acumen with marketing automation tools and CRM.
  • Excellent communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
