Key Account Manager

Our client provides industrial grade hygiene, cleaning, and infection‑prevention solutions, offering a comprehensive portfolio of and services to support safe and clean operations across commercial, institutional, and industrial environments.


Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and expanding strategic customer relationships within industrial sectors such as food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, logistics, and commercial facilities.
• Deliver customized pest‑control programs, driving contract retention and growth, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and audit requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for major industrial clients, ensuring high service levels and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular business reviews, site visits, and performance evaluations with key stakeholders.
• Manage contract renewals, upselling opportunities, and long‑term retention strategies.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 3 years of experience in B2B account management, preferably within pest control, facility services, food safety, industrial hygiene, or related industries.
• Knowledge of pest‑management principles, regulatory requirements, and audit frameworks (HACCP, GMP, ISO, or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
