1. Is my phone supported?
At the moment, our mobile app is only available on Android phones.
2. Is the Mobile App secure?
Yes! All critical information is encrypted and no personal information is stored on your mobile device. However, mobile devices do offer you the ability to store your login information for apps installed on the device. If you choose to store your login information, any person who has access to your mobile device can access your account.
3. Do I have to buy the Mobile App?
No. Our Mobile App is completely free to download and install.
4. What do I need to have to setup my account?
You need to have downloaded and be signed in to the LinkedIn App on your mobile device. From there you can set up your account by linking to your LinkedIn account.
5. What functions can I perform with the Mobile App?
Browse through the roles we have available by swiping left to dismiss or swiping right to refer or apply for a job. Tap on the job ad find out more about the role. You can also view the history of your actions under ‘History’. We will update the status of your application or referral which you can view in this section.
6. How do I upload my CV for job applications?
There’s no need! Simply link the Mobile App to your LinkedIn account and start applying for jobs. Do ensure your LinkedIn profile is up to date.
7. How current is the account information I see in the Mobile App?
The information you see in the Mobile App and in the Mobile Website is shown in real-time, so it's always accurate. However, if you keep the Mobile App or Mobile Website open for an extended period of time, you should refresh the page by selecting a new option in order to ensure the information is still current.
8. How do I find your office locations?
Tap to view the menu on the top left-hand corner of your screen, then tap ‘Help’. You will find our details and address there.
9. I have disconnected my mobile phone. Can I still use the app?
For the Mobile App to work, you must have a mobile device with access to the LTE/3G/EDGE or WIFI networks.
