Senior DevOps Engineer

Job description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Designed, reviewed, and implemented CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with offshore teams, integrating automated quality gates and ensuring high-quality, efficient software delivery.

  • Defined and implemented SLI/SLOs and monitoring solutions as code, enhancing system reliability, customer experience, and proactive incident detection.

  • Acted as Level 3 production support, leading incident troubleshooting, conducting post-implementation validations, chaos engineering, and contributing to incident reviews and repair backlog planning.

  • Improved release and support processes by driving TOIL reduction initiatives, innovating release efficiencies, transferring knowledge to L1/L2 teams, and documenting architecture and troubleshooting procedures.


Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive CI/CD and automation experience, with 3+ years in Jenkins and programming for deployment and infrastructure provisioning.

  • Strong cloud infrastructure expertise, managing production environments for 3-years using platforms like Azure and Kubernetes.

  • Proficient in monitoring and observability, with 3-years working with tools such as Grafana, ELK Stack, and Dynatrace to ensure system reliability.

  • Experienced in production support, providing 3+ years of application support, incident resolution, and performance optimization in live environments.
