Sales Specialist (Mortgage)

Job description



Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage leads through digital platforms, referrals, and outbound outreach.
  • Conduct virtual consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
  • Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current mortgage products, interest rates, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting, compliance, customer service) to ensure seamless loan processing.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and referral partners.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in mortgage sales, lending, or financial advisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending regulations, and financial documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust remotely.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, digital communication tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses (as required by local regulations).
