My Background

I began my recruitment journey in 2009 and haven't looked back since. With a Diploma in Business Management, I discovered my passion for staffing early in my career. What started as an opportunity quickly evolved into a calling that has shaped my purpose and professional path over the years. I have worked across both large multinational recruitment organisations and specialised boutique firms, gaining diverse experience that strengthened my understanding of contract staffing and outsourcing solutions. These roles exposed me to different markets, client needs, and operating models, all of which have helped me grow into a subject matter expert in the contracting space.

Joining Ambition as Associate Director, Contracting feels like a natural progression in my career. It is a role that aligns perfectly with my expertise and passion, giving me the platform to build meaningful partnerships, deliver customised talent solutions, and lead with intention.

Roles I Recruit For

I focus on mid to senior-level contract positions across Technology, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Business Support, Shared Services, and project-based hiring linked to transformation and expansion initiatives. Whether the requirement is a short-term assignment or a long-term strategic hire, I work closely with clients to deliver flexible and impactful staffing solutions tailored to their business goals.

Outside of Ambition

Outside of work, I pursue passions that keep me grounded and energised. I have recently embraced gym training and reconnected with my love for classical dance, particularly Kathak, which adds rhythm and balance to my daily routine. Weekends are usually spent with my 14-year-old dog, who has been my loyal companion through many life chapters. I also enjoy journaling, capturing thoughts and reflections that help me stay mindful and connected to my personal growth journey. These moments away from work fuel my creativity, resilience and empathy, all of which I bring into every professional interaction.
