Tech Recruiter (Contract)

Job description


  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  5. Facilitate the interview process, gather feedback from interviewers, and make recommendations for next steps.
  6. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
  7. Work closely with the HR team to negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  8. Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with recruitment activities and candidate status.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  10. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. At least 3 years experience as Technical Recruiter
  3. Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, such as software engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals.
