Talent Acquistion Lead

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Talent Acquisition Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition plans to meet the organization's internal hiring needs.
  • Sourcing and Recruitment: Identify and engage with potential internal candidates through various channels, including internal job postings, employee referrals, and talent pools.
  • Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and fit the company culture.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed in their roles.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand internally to attract and retain top talent.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on internal hiring.
  • Strong stakeholders management.
