Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience.

  • Plan, organize, and participate in career fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other talent engagement initiatives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and external partners to develop sustainable talent pipelines.

  • Support the onboarding process, employee engagement programs, and company-wide events.

  • Assist in HR administrative and coordination tasks as needed.

  • Represent the company with professionalism and confidence at internal and external events.

  • Deliver presentations and speak confidently in public forums as part of recruitment and employer branding activities.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven track record in campus recruitment and career fair participation or coordination.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting partnerships with stakeholders and external collaborators.

  • Strong public speaking and presentation abilities in both written and spoken English.

  • Professional, confident, and engaging demeanor in all external interactions.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
