My client is seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to support rapid headcount growth and hiring excellence across our Global Business Services and Centers of Excellence (COE) in APAC. This role plays a critical part in scaling our shared services operations, building talent pipelines, and enhancing employer branding across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Headcount Growth & Strategic HR Support

• Drive headcount expansion across APAC, supporting scalability and operational excellence.
• Partner with business leaders to align workforce planning with strategic goals.

Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

• Lead hiring for corporate functions and language-specific roles to support regional expansion.
• Manage full employee lifecycle: expatriate hiring, compensation proposals, onboarding, global mobility, offboarding, and payroll.

Learning & Development

• Design and deliver impactful development programs
• Support career growth and internal mobility through structured learning pathways.

EVP & Employer Branding

• Launch and manage early-career programs, including the Young Talent Program.
• Represent at career fairs and university engagements.
• Develop internship performance metrics and review frameworks for interns and mentors.

Employee Engagement

• Host monthly Townhalls to promote transparency and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage internal HR communications for Malaysia.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a shared services or regional HRBP role.
• Proven track record in scaling teams and driving HR programs across APAC.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
