Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job description

  • Create and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with the organization's staffing needs.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand, including social media campaigns, employee testimonials, and recruitment marketing materials.
  • Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including online platforms, job fairs, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the company.
  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to improve processes and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years experience as in-house recruiter.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
