Talent Acquisition Partner

Our client is a diversified multinational business with a global revenue of £20b that is looking to acquire a Talent Acquisition Partner that will cover hiring for Malaysia. The work arrangement is very flexible for this position, predominantly working from home.

Job Responsibilities

The key role of the position will be as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, advising the business on recruitment best practices and the driving the end-to-end process of recruitment for all hiring in Malaysia. This candidate will also cover employer branding

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate would need to come from a technical recuriting background, IT or Engineering would be ideal and also needs to have excellent stakeholder management. A successful applicant is also expected to have strong communications skills and extensive experience dealing with difficult stakeholders.
