Talent Acquisition Manager (SEA)

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to preparing offer letters.
  • Regional Exposure: Utilize knowledge of the SEA market to attract and retain top talent.
  • Excel Skills: Apply advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and tracking recruitment metrics.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years experience in talent acquisition, particularly in the SEA region.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and experience in managing mass hiring campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in mass hiring
  • Ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to address and resolve recruitment challenges effectively.
