Talent Acquisition Manager

Job description

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure high performance and delivery.
  • Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand through digital platforms, career fairs, and partnerships.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in hiring practices.
  • Implement and optimize recruitment technologies (e.g., ATS, CRM).


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successful hiring across various functions and levels.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment metrics and reporting.
