Talent Acquisition Lead

Job description

  • Oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process: Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters: Provide guidance and support to ensure effective recruitment practices.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Create strategies to attract top talent and meet hiring goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers: Understand their staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Maintain a strong employer brand: Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the company's brand.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics: Use data to drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies: Work with recruitment agencies and partners to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of best practices and trends in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a talent acquisition leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), and strong analytical skills
