Talent Acquisition Lead

Our client is a MNC manufacturer based in Melaka and is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead that will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for all hiring in Malaysia.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities for all job levels from sourcing to offer management for all roles in Malaysia inclusive of corporate and plant based roles.
  • Manage the whole recruitment process from job requisition to the time candidate is on-boarded and also be responsible for employer branding.
  • This position will also cover other countries in APAC when there is a need
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum six years of recruitment experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
