Job description
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
 - Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure high performance and delivery.
 - Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
 - Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
 - Build and maintain a strong employer brand through digital platforms, career fairs, and partnerships.
 - Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency.
 - Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
 - Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
 - Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in hiring practices.
 - Implement and optimize recruitment technologies (e.g., ATS, CRM).
 
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
 - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

 - Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices.
