Job description

  • Collaborate with the TA Lead to address current hiring needs, particularly in specialized and critical skill areas.
  • Assist the TA Lead in managing the entire recruitment process for both retail and Head Office (HO) positions, enhancing our recruitment efforts throughout the candidate lifecycle.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide comprehensive support throughout the hiring process.
  • Oversee the Corporate Social Platform, such as LinkedIn, as part of the Employer Branding initiative, including weekly content updates and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System/Career Page as alternative recruitment tools.
  • Lead recruitment initiatives, including Career Talks, Career Fairs, and related content creation.
  • Handle employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary issues, consultations, counseling, and offboarding.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Experience in Mass Hiring & handling IR/ER matters.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
