Sr. Finance Manager in Seremban (Manufacturing)

About the Company
Our client is a Manufacturing company based in Seremban with offices and plants in different locations across the region. They are up and coming with exciting growth plans to develop their products and increase market share. Due to recent internal movements, they are now looking to hire a Senior Finance Manager/Head of Finance to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee the Finance department and report to a Regional CFO. Your role covers managing the day-to-day Finance Operations as well as supervising the Finance team. You will be in-charge of financial accounting and reporting, management reporting, costing, budgeting and forecasting and other matters. There will also be opportunities to participate and lead projects related to Finance Transformation and strategic planning.

Skills and Experience Required
Interested applicants would need at least 12 years experience in a progressive role in Finance and at least a degree in Finance/Accounting or membership with a professional accounting body. You will also need some experience with people management and been in a Manufacturing company. To succeed in this role, business partnering and good interpersonal skill is key to ensuring a mutually beneficial working relationship with other business units.
