I'm a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). My career started off in Audit with one of the Big Four accounting firms before I ventured into the investment banking industry for 4 years. As much as the role presented me with valuable experiences and life lessons, I knew it was not something I would like to do in the long run, and that's when the job scope of a recruitment consultant caught my eye one day. By taking a leap of faith, I decided to try something completely new and unconventional for an accountant and I've never looked back since.

I started my recruitment career in 2017 with one of the largest specialist recruitment agencies globally. With my penchant for meeting new people coupled with my background in finance and accounting, I had the opportunity to share my expertise with corporate clients and candidates alike; understanding their business needs and matching them with candidates’ career aspirations. I believe this resonates with our passion in building better futures, not just for our clients and candidates, but for the wider community.

Roles I Recruit For

Currently, I focus on mid to senior-level finance positions within Commerce & Industry in Malaysia. The positions I recruit for range from Senior Manager level to C-Suites. My team specialises in Finance & Accounting which covers general finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Audit for multinational corporations, local conglomerates, and SMEs across all industries.

Outside of Ambition

I live to eat and I enjoy a good cup of coffee. I also love travelling; to be able to experience new cultures, try new cuisines, and explore new adventures.
