Specification Sales Manager

Overview:

My client is a leading provider of high-performance flooring solutions. They specialize in delivering innovative and durable flooring systems for commercial and industrial applications. They are seeking an experienced Specification Manager to join their team and drive growth and expansion.

The role:

• Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and creating market strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, specifiers, and contractors.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients on product specifications and applications.
• Work cross-functionally with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Lead proposals, deliver presentations, and support teams to close deals.
• Provide regular updates on specification activities, market trends, and customer feedback to management.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Working experience in the construction or flooring industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret technical data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
