I graduated from Monash University Malaysia with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Social Science, majoring in Media Communications. I began my recruitment career specialising in high-volume hiring through RPO projects within the Banking and Insurance sector, where I developed a strong foundation in structured recruitment delivery and stakeholder engagement. I was also part of the pioneering team involved in establishing a new office in Thailand, gaining early exposure to regional market expansion and cross-border collaboration.

I specialise in recruiting sales and marketing professionals within the energy, utilities, construction, and building materials industries. I work across all experience levels, with a particular focus on middle management and senior leadership hires.

Outside of Ambition

Outside of Ambition, I enjoy spending quality time with family, friends, and my cats. I value slower days to recharge and make space for personal interests and hobbies.
