Service Desk (L1, L2, L3)

If you are looking for a new position in the service desk industry then this is the position for you!

This position is looking for candidates of all service desk levels to join an energetic and exciting gaming company which supports multiple international companies with their software and infrastructure needs. In this position you will be working on the following duties

  • Assist customers with all in queries and requests in compliance with SLA's
  • Follow up on tickets with customers to ensure solutions have been delivered
  • Record events and log documentation to ticketing system

Great candidates should have the following experiences

  • An education in Information technology or related Fields
  • prior experience in service desk roles (fresh grads are still welcome to apply)
  • Experience with ticketing systems (preference for Jira)
  • Being able to communicate technical issues in easy to understand terms
  • Able to work in rotational shifts

Being able to speak mandarin would be an advantage but is not required
