Senior Manager, Corporate Finance and Statutory Reporting

About our Client
This company is a public listed conglomerate based in KL with businesses in Renewable Energy, Automotive and Trading. With upcoming plans in place to expand and develop their some of their operations further, they are hiring 2 Senior Managers to manage Financial Reporting, Statutory Reporting and Corporate Finance.

Your role will support the CFO closely and will be in-charge of corporate reporting which includes submission of financial reports to statutory bodies, Bursa announcement on corporate exercises, quarterly anouncement and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will also manage corporate finance and relationships with bankers, auditors, lawyers, consultants etc. It is also important to lead, manage and advise the business on regulatory affairs and risk and this is through keeping abreast with latest regulatory developments. If there is an interest to handle finance operations, there may be the possibility to carve something for you.

Skills and Experience Required
To be shortlisted for this role, you will need at least 10 years experience in a Financial Reporting and Statutory Reporting role. You will also need experience working in a PLC and ideally professional accounting qualification such as ICAEW/CPA/ACCA and MIA. Prior experience in Corporate Finance in a listed company or invesment bank advantageous along with strong stakeholder management skill and high commitment to deliverables.
