Senior HRBP Manager - Plant

Location: Malaysia

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our plant operations in Malaysia. The HRBP will drive HR strategies across recruitment, reward management, learning and development, talent management, employee engagement, and employee/industrial relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a culture of trust and high performance.
• Partner with hiring managers and external agencies for effective recruitment.
• Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Support succession planning and talent development.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and cost management.
• Maintain accurate HR data and documentation.
• Address employee relations issues and support performance management.

Qualifications:

• Degree in HR/IR or similar.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in generalist HR.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of employment and labor law and liaise with government authorities (e.g. MIDA, MITI).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Greenfield plant project experience is a must.
• Managing manufacturing campus experience.
