Senior HR Manager

Job description

Our client is multinational manufacturer based in Johor who is looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead and implement strategic & operational HR processes and policies.
Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning and monitoring of the overall execution in the full spectrum of HR such as recruitment, talent management, organisational development, compensation & benefits and industrial relations
  • Business partnering with senior leaders to provide SME advice on HR related issues, concerns or overall commercial direction
  • Managing a HR team that will be responsible for a large population size across several facilities

Skills & Experience required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the full spectrum of HR and at least 3 years in a people management role
  • Good command of English, oral & written
  • MNC experience is essential
