Senior HR Manager

Job description

Our client is an established manufacturing company based in Penang. They are looking for a Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead their Human Resource operations. This role will report to the CEO and be responsible for a large team of direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions such as Recruitment, Talent Management, Performance Management, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Training and Foreign Workers Management
  • Design and implement HR strategies and initiatives in accordance with business direction
  • Improve and implement HR policies that supports organisation's objectives
  • Overall annual performance appraisal using KPIs and strategise succession planning across the organisation

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing/ industrial environment
  • Capable of managing a large team of direct reports and overall welfare of a large organisation (plant based)
  • Able to be based in Penang
