Senior HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers
  
• Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a positive new hire experience
  

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  
• Support initiatives to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention
  

3. HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
  
• Administer HR systems (e.g., leave management, performance tracking) and ensure data accuracy
  

4. Performance Management

• Assist in implementing performance management cycles, including goal-setting, mid-year and year-end reviews
  
• Support managers and employees in understanding performance expectations and feedback processes
  

5. Compensation & Benefits

• Coordinate payroll input and liaise with payroll vendors
  
• Administer employee benefits and support annual compensation review exercises
  

6. Learning & Development

• Identify training needs and assist in coordinating learning programs
  
• Maintain records of training attendance and feedback
  

7. Compliance & Policy Development

• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal HR policies
  
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and communicating HR policies and procedures
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  
• 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced or SME environment
  
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
  
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with attention to detail
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
