Senior HR Executive (HR Operations)

Our client is a multinational business in Kuala Lumpur that is looking for a Senior HR Executive that will manage the employee lifecycle for employees in South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand. This position will have the flexibility to work from home but also have the option of being in the office if needed; the office is located in Midvalley.

An ideal candidate would need to have prior experience in the full spectrum of HR which includes Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and Learning & Development. A key requirement is the ability to read and write Mandarin to occasionally support China and Taiwan.
