Senior HR Executive

Job description

1. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Assist in resolving employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

2. Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer payroll inputs and liaise with payroll teams (especially if using SAP).
  • Manage employee benefits programs (insurance, leave, claims).
  • Support salary benchmarking and compensation reviews.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and SOPs.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR generalist experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with SAP HR modules is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
