Regional Revenue Growth Management Lead (RGM)

About the Company
This is a well-known multinational company in the FMCG industry based in Selangor with an established presence in this region and around the world. They have been incorporated for several decades and has a loyal customer base globally mainly due to their constant innovation and wide range of products that cater to different age groups. They are looking for a RGM Lead to be based in their office in Selangor.

Your Role
In this role, you will take on a regional portfolio and report to the Head of RGM. Your role will manage a lean team and design and enhance the RGM program for the region. You will also manage and execute multiple RGM projects, streamline the annual planning and integrate the processes for monthly reporting. Your role will also manage the end to end spectrum of RGM which encompasses the 5 pillars - Strategic Pricing, Price pack architecture, Mix Management, Trade Promotion Optimization (Gross to Net) and Commercial Policy Optimization/Trade Spend. You will lead and drive strategies to increase profitability and ensure that RGM reflects the company's policies and principles.

Qualification and Required Skills
To be shortlisted and to ensure your success in this role, you will need at least a relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or professional qualification. The ideal candidate would have at least 12 years' experience in a combination of Finance and RGM. If you have some experience in trade marketing this would definitely give you a huge advantage. Candidates need to possess maturity, independence and strong stakeholder management as this role is highly visible and your portfolio spans across multiple countries.
