Regional HRBP

Job description

Our client is an MNC manufacturer who is looking for a Senior HR Manager that will manage multiple plants in Malaysia. This role will also have regional exposure and be part of the ASEAN leadership team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize and manage the HR team in multiple plants to achieve departmental objectives
  • Lead strategic and operational processes in the full spectrum which includes recruitment, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, learning & development and succession planning
  • Provide input on business unit restructures and workforce planning to support business growth and needs
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and ensure the company is compliant with regulations, policies and decisions
  • Develop, plan and assess training needs for all employees domestically and regionally
  • Advise the business in handling employee grievances and disciplinary problems effectively
  • Provide talent and performance management guidance to management to ensure high performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree of equivalent experience
  • At least 12 years of full spectrum HR experience inclusive of foreign workers management
  • Regional experience / MNC experience is highly advantageous
  • Able to travel frequently across Malaysia
