Regional Business Development Engineer

Job description

The client is a prominent electronics manufacturer with 24 years of expertise in designing and producing devices for intrinsic barrier, surge protection, isolated signal conditioning, safety relay, low power transmitter, and temperature transmitter, primarily serving the process automation and factory automation sectors.

Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers/clients.
Expand market segments and promote the company's products in Malaysia and throughout ASEAN (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Phillipines).
Provide product presentations to channel partners, agents and end-users.
Provide product training, technical presentations and support.
Participate in marketing and sales events, product launches and seminars.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Engineering (electrical and electronics).
1-2 years of working experience in technical sales and technical support.
Possess own transport and willing to travel (Malaysia and ASEAN).
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia - Mandarin an advantage.
