About the role
Our client, a global leader in security and access solutions, is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Product Marketing Manager to manage and grow their product portfolio. This role focuses on developing go-to-market strategies, supporting sales enablement, and driving product visibility across multiple channels - from projects to retail. The successful candidate will bridge product, marketing, and sales functions to ensure commercial success and strengthen the brand's market position.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for the company's full range of door opening and security products.

  • Manage product lifecycles, including launches, pricing, positioning, and phase-out planning.

  • Work closely with sales teams to develop promotional campaigns, marketing materials, and sales tools that drive product adoption.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.

  • Lead product training sessions and marketing presentations for internal teams and channel partners.

  • Collaborate with the regional and global marketing teams to align local initiatives with broader brand objectives.

  • Monitor product performance, analyze ROI, and recommend actions to improve sales and profitability.

  • Support digital and trade marketing efforts to enhance product visibility and brand engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in product marketing, trade marketing, or product management, preferably within the building materials, hardware, or construction-related industries.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful product and channel marketing strategies.

  • Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of translating insights into actionable strategies.

  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and technical teams.

  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally when required.
