Our client, a global leader in security and access solutions, is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Product Marketing Manager to manage and grow their product portfolio. This role focuses on developing go-to-market strategies, supporting sales enablement, and driving product visibility across multiple channels - from projects to retail. The successful candidate will bridge product, marketing, and sales functions to ensure commercial success and strengthen the brand's market position.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies for the company's full range of door opening and security products.
Manage product lifecycles, including launches, pricing, positioning, and phase-out planning.
Work closely with sales teams to develop promotional campaigns, marketing materials, and sales tools that drive product adoption.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
Lead product training sessions and marketing presentations for internal teams and channel partners.
Collaborate with the regional and global marketing teams to align local initiatives with broader brand objectives.
Monitor product performance, analyze ROI, and recommend actions to improve sales and profitability.
Support digital and trade marketing efforts to enhance product visibility and brand engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in product marketing, trade marketing, or product management, preferably within the building materials, hardware, or construction-related industries.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful product and channel marketing strategies.
Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of translating insights into actionable strategies.
Team player with the ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and technical teams.
Willingness to travel locally and regionally when required.
