Job description
- Upload and verify monthly variable items and new contracts.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure all supporting documents are validated.
- Post payroll costs into the financial system within deadlines.
- Reconcile payroll-related balance sheet items monthly.
- Respond to stakeholder queries promptly.
- Monitor team performance and update payroll logs.
- Coach team members and collaborate on continuous improvement.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure compliance with internal controls.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of SAP
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Experience with international payroll processing.
