Payroll Team Lead

Job description

  • Upload and verify monthly variable items and new contracts.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Ensure all supporting documents are validated.
  • Post payroll costs into the financial system within deadlines.
  • Reconcile payroll-related balance sheet items monthly.
  • Respond to stakeholder queries promptly.
  • Monitor team performance and update payroll logs.
  • Coach team members and collaborate on continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure compliance with internal controls.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Experience with international payroll processing.
