Assistant Manger, HR

Job description

Our client is a multinational manufacturing plant in Johor and is looking to hire an Assistant HR Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operational matters in the plant and also manage a team of 2 that covers a workforce of 400 employees. This role will be fast-tracked to head-of-department within a few years and comes with excellent benefits.

To be successful in this role, you must come from a manufacturing environment, have experience in payroll and have good communication skills.
