Job description
Training Delivery:
- Conduct system, sales training sessions and workshops.
- Facilitate on-the-ground training, including role-playing and real-time sales coaching.
- Utilize various training methods to engage and educate employees.
Needs Assessment:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Customize training programs to address specific requirements and objectives.
On-the-Ground Support:
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to the employees.
- Monitor and support employees during their daily tasks to ensure effective application of training.
Evaluation and Feedback:
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Continuously improve training content and delivery based on participant feedback.
Resource Management:
Manage training materials and resources, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
Coordinate with external trainers or vendors when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years experience in corporate training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop targeted learning solutions.
