Learning and Development Specialist (SEA)

Job description

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct system, sales training sessions and workshops.
  • Facilitate on-the-ground training, including role-playing and real-time sales coaching.
  • Utilize various training methods to engage and educate employees.

Needs Assessment:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and skill gaps.
  • Customize training programs to address specific requirements and objectives.

On-the-Ground Support:

  • Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to the employees.
  • Monitor and support employees during their daily tasks to ensure effective application of training.

Evaluation and Feedback:

  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Continuously improve training content and delivery based on participant feedback.


Resource Management:

  • Manage training materials and resources, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.

  • Coordinate with external trainers or vendors when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years experience in corporate training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess training needs and develop targeted learning solutions.
