Inside Sales Engineer

Job description

My client is a global company that specializes in heat transfer, fluid handling, and separation technologies. They provide solutions for various industries, including food and beverage, energy, marine, and wastewater treatment.


  • Adhere to proven sales strategies and protocols to enhance and sell the company's products and solutions.
  • Cultivate potential leads to achieve sales conversions.
  • Engage actively with the market, prioritizing internal customer engagement, supplemented by occasional visits, to grasp and meet customer requirements, thereby underscoring the benefits of our offerings.
  • Craft detailed and persuasive quotations that mirror customer requirements, emphasizing our unique advantages, and ensure diligent follow-ups.
  • Proactively engage with customers post-quotation to confirm the communicated value aligns with their needs.
  • Offer comprehensive support to customers throughout the quoting phase, including in-depth technical assistance (such as product sizing and selection).


  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with at least 2 years of working experience
  • Experience of selling engineered products and solutions would be an advantage.
  • Good command in English, written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
