Human Resources Manager

Our client is a global business that is looking to hire a HR & Admin Manager for its office in Kuala Lumpur. This individual will oversee HR operations and administration for the Malaysia which includes managing the employee lifecycle and also being the first point of contact for any HR related queries.

This individual will also build, manage and monitors SLAs and lead performance reviews, performance development plans for the overall business in Malaysia.

An ideal candidate would have prior HR generalist experience and also strong administration experience in a complex environment and also prior people management experience, to lead the team and coach new members.
