Job description
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with your assigned Business Unit(s) to provide strategic HR advisory, coaching, and support to business leaders. You will play a key role in driving workforce planning, talent acquisition (in collaboration with the TA team), learning & development, rewards and benefits, performance management, and employee engagement.
You will be responsible for managing employee relations and championing a positive workplace culture where people can thrive. The role requires a strong ability to influence and deliver meaningful HR initiatives that drive business outcomes, while upholding integrity and professionalism in all people practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field, with 7-15 years of HR Business Partnering experience in large organizations.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to challenge the status quo and drive change.
Proven track record in fast-paced, agile environments, ideally with experience partnering with operational and technical workforces.
Experience in HR transformation projects will be an advantage.
