As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will serve as a strategic advisor and operational support to Global Business Services (GBS) teams. You will drive HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Consultation:

    • Provide forward-thinking HR support on strategic and operational issues.
    • Assess organizational culture and recommend actions to improve performance and engagement.
  • Employee Relations & Development:

    • Act as the primary contact for employee relations, performance management, and development.
    • Lead initiatives in succession planning, change management, and organizational health.
  • Talent Management:

    • Support annual talent planning, salary and bonus processes.
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition to fulfill recruitment needs.
  • Training & Development:

    • Facilitate training programs on performance planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
    • Coach and develop managers to build leadership capabilities.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I):

    • Lead DE&I efforts across the GBS function.
    • Promote inclusive practices and policies.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
    • Provide HR data and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Project Leadership:

    • Participate in corporate-wide HR service delivery improvement projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/MA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HRBP role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Fluent in English.
