As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will serve as a strategic advisor and operational support to Global Business Services (GBS) teams. You will drive HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Consultation:
- Provide forward-thinking HR support on strategic and operational issues.
- Assess organizational culture and recommend actions to improve performance and engagement.
Employee Relations & Development:
- Act as the primary contact for employee relations, performance management, and development.
- Lead initiatives in succession planning, change management, and organizational health.
Talent Management:
- Support annual talent planning, salary and bonus processes.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to fulfill recruitment needs.
Training & Development:
- Facilitate training programs on performance planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
- Coach and develop managers to build leadership capabilities.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I):
- Lead DE&I efforts across the GBS function.
- Promote inclusive practices and policies.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Provide HR data and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
Project Leadership:
- Participate in corporate-wide HR service delivery improvement projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/MA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HRBP role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).
- Fluent in English.
