Main Responsibility:

  • Work closely with other HR colleagues for the execution of end-to-end HR operational processes & transactions according to the procedures
  • Participate in HR projects locally and globally
  • Assist with the recruitment activities such as posting of job advertisements, arranging interviews and conducting reference checks
  • Handles the background checks for all entitles and for all new hires
  • Manage and coordinate all onboarding / offboarding processes ensuring smooth processes


  • Minimum 3 years of related experience
  • Prefeably qualifications in Human Resource Management
  • Familiar with background checks in the financial industry would be added advantage
