HR Payroll Executive

Job description

Our client is one of Southeast Asia's leading offshore marine companies.

This Payroll Executive is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, statutory contributions, and payroll-related reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll for all employees, including overtime, allowances, and deductions.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).

  • Maintain and update payroll records and employee data in HRIS/payroll systems.

  • Prepare payroll reports and support audits as needed.

  • Handle employee queries related to salary, payslips, and statutory contributions.

  • Coordinate with Finance and HR teams for payroll-related matters.

  • Assist in year-end reporting and submission of tax forms (e.g., EA forms).

  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and payroll regulations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing.

  • Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS systems.

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
