HR Operations Lead

Our client is a multinational business in Kuala Lumpur that is looking to hire a HR Operations Lead. This role is of Senior Manager job grade.

An ideal candidate would need to have prior experience in the full spectrum of HR which includes Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee/Industrial Relations and Learning & Development. This position will also lead a team of HR practitioners that manages a large workforce of employees based in Malaysia.

A key requirement for this role is prior hands-on talent acquisition experience in technical and non-technical hiring to provide advisory support for the team that this people will manage.

Challenges of the role would include working with a diverse workforce where strong stakeholder management experience in needed.
