Job description

Over client is a global manufacturer specializing in stainless steel vacuum-insulated drinkware and food containers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for plant and office roles.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain skilled talent.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns.
  • Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Oversee appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers.
  • Implement programs to improve productivity and engagement.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and incentive programs.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and manage wage structures.
  • Organize onboarding and continuous learning programs.
  • Identify skill gaps and implement upskilling initiatives.
  • Manage union relations, grievance handling, and collective bargaining processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and workplace safety standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
