Job description
Over client is a global manufacturer specializing in stainless steel vacuum-insulated drinkware and food containers.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for plant and office roles.
- Develop strategies to attract and retain skilled talent.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns.
- Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Oversee appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers.
- Implement programs to improve productivity and engagement.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and incentive programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and manage wage structures.
- Organize onboarding and continuous learning programs.
- Identify skill gaps and implement upskilling initiatives.
- Manage union relations, grievance handling, and collective bargaining processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and workplace safety standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
