HR Manager

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, manage the full-cycle recruitment process, and conduct employee onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, address employee concerns, resolve workplace issues, and conduct investigations.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management systems, provide guidance on performance issues, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Training and Development: Assess training needs, develop programs to enhance skills, and facilitate training sessions.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage competitive compensation and benefits programs, conduct salary benchmarking, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws, develop and update HR policies, and conduct regular audits.



Requirements:

  • Degree holder in relevant field
  • Minimum 6 years relevant Managerial experience
  • Experience in Manufacturing industry environment
  • Result oriented
