HR Manager

Job description

Our client is a retail group that is looking for a HR Manager to based in Klang Valley. The business has been operating for the past 20 years and is looking to scale up through the leadership of an experienced HR practitioner.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process up to offer management stage
  • Managing the employee lifecycle for approximately 100 employees
  • Performance management and succession planning across the board
  • Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees
  • Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employeesCoordinate learning and development programs for the group
  • Support employees with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues arise
  • Organize employee engagement activities.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of operational and strategic HR experience
  • Must have end-to-end payroll experience
  • Sound knowledge in HR policies and practices
  • Strong command of English and Mandarin
